Acquedolci è un comune italiano di 5 462 abitanti della città metropolitana di Messina in Sicilia.
Il moderno abitato fu fondato durante il primo governo Facta con la legge n. 1045 del 9 luglio 1922 in seguito alla frana che distrusse l'abitato di San Fratello la notte tra il 7 e l'8 gennaio dell'anno 1922. Divenne comune autonomo con la legge regionale n. 42 del 28 novembre 1969. Il santo patrono è San Benedetto da San Fratello, il compatrono è San Giuseppe. Ad Acquedolci si parla il siciliano nella forma della eteroglossia interna del dialetto sanfratellano di tipo gallo-italico.
