Il Castello di Hollenfels situato nel villaggio di Hollenfels, la cui storia risale all'undicesimo secolo, è uno dei castelli situati lungo il fiume Eisch nella cosiddetta Valle dei Sette Castelli nel centro del Lussemburgo. Oggi è utilizzato come centro di attività per i giovani. Situato all'estremità sud del villaggio di Hollenfels, il castello si trova molto al di sopra del fiume Eisch. Un sentiero con ripide scale e ponti di legno conduce ai piedi del castello, dove si possono vedere i vuoti nella roccia, il che spiega l'origine del nome del castello, che significa letteralmente «scosceso in vuoto». In effetti, ci sono diversi tunnel che scorrono sotto i dirupi del castello. L'accesso al castello avviene attraverso un ponte di mattoni sopra il fossato difensivo.
