Fort Madalena, noto anche come Fort Madliena, è un forte poligonale a Madliena, nei pressi di Swieqi, Malta. Fu costruito tra il 1878 e il 1880 dagli inglesi come parte delle Linee di Vittoria. Ora il forte è sotto la responsabilità delle Forze Armate di Malta ed è utilizzato dal Corpo di Soccorso di San Giovanni.
Fort Madalena fu costruito dagli inglesi come parte delle Linee di Vittoria, una linea di fortificazioni lungo la parte settentrionale di Malta, che la divide dalla parte meridionale più densamente popolata. È uno dei tre forti costruiti lungo le linee, gli altri due sono Fort Binġemma e Fort Mosta.
