Il Breustermolen o mulino di Richelle è un mulino ad acqua nella frazione di Hoog-Caestert presso Eijsden nella provincia olandese di Limburgo, comune di Eijsden-Margraten. Il mulino utilizzava, insieme ad alcuni mulini ad acqua vicini, l'acqua del ruscello Voer. A valle si trova il mulino dei cereali di Eijsden, mentre a monte si trova il mulino Muggemolen. Il mulino si trova nel braccio di una fattoria.
