Die Breustermühle oder Mühle von Richelle ist eine Wasser-mühle in der Siedlung Hoog-Caestert bei Eijsden in der niederländischen Provinz Limburg, Gemeinde Eijsden-Margraten. Die Mühle nutzte zusammen mit einigen benachbarten Wasser-mühlen das Wasser des Flüsschens Voer. Flussabwärts ist die Graanmühle von Eijsden die nächste Mühle und flussaufwärts ist es die Muggemühle. Die Mühle befindet sich im Flügel eines Bauernhofs.
