Le Breustermolen ou moulin de Richelle est un moulin à eau dans le hameau de Hoog-Caestert près d'Eijsden dans la province néerlandaise de Limbourg, commune d'Eijsden-Margraten. Le moulin utilisait avec quelques moulins à eau voisins l'eau de la rivière Voer. En aval, le Graanmolen d'Eijsden est le moulin suivant et en amont, il y a le Muggemolen. Le moulin se trouve dans l'aile d'une ferme.
