Il mulino ad acqua di Oostrum o mulino di Camps è un mulino ad acqua scomparso, situato a Buitenhof 2 a Oostrum. Il mulino ad acqua si trovava sul Beek di Oostrum, sul lato sud del villaggio. Il mulino era anche chiamato mulino di Camps, in riferimento alla famiglia Camps che possedeva il mulino e la fattoria adiacente per secoli. Il mulino era il mulino superiore sul torrente, il mulino inferiore era il mulino di Ros. Solo durante le stagioni umide il mulino aveva abbastanza acqua e quindi era un mulino invernale. L'ultimo mugnaio usava una macina con un motore a gas di aspirazione per sfruttare la forza dell'acqua in modo da avere abbastanza potenza per poter macinare.
