Empe è un villaggio nel comune di Brummen, nella provincia olandese di Gelderland. Ha 660 abitanti. Empe si trova tra Voorst e Zutphen lungo la N345 e sulla linea ferroviaria Apeldoorn - Zutphen. A nord del villaggio si trova la stazione di Voorst-Empe, inaugurata il 10 dicembre 2006. Dal 1876 al 1938 si trovava qui la stazione di Voorst. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovava, dal 1836 al 1945, il Mulino di Empe, di cui rimane solo il corpo.
