La base per il vigneto è stata posta nel 2001 con la piantagione di varietà sperimentali. Nel 2003 è iniziata la piantagione commerciale vera e propria, con la prima fase completata nel 2004. Nel 2010 il vigneto è stato ampliato con 0,8 ettari di prato e bosco.
