't Kegelhuis (poi Hotel Aaldering) a Zeddam è stato demolito nell'ottobre del 2006. Nel già citato libretto con cartoline di 's-Heerenberg e Zeddam si legge accanto alla foto numero 57: "Prima di percorrere la Benedendorpstraat, passiamo prima accanto all'abitazione di Th. van Remmen. Così era almeno nel 1910, quando questa foto è stata scattata. Successivamente divenne proprietà della famiglia Bieleveldt, che a sua volta la cedette agli attuali proprietari, la famiglia Aaldering."
Aaldering non ha mantenuto il nome 't Kegelhuis da Bieleveldt perché nel telefono sei prima presso la A che presso la K!
La foto è conservata ma l'edificio è stato demolito nel 2006.
Secondo Ben Herfkens, c'era già una casa in questo luogo prima del 1650. Antoon Smits è stato fornaio dal 1866 al 1875. Sua figlia Maria ha sposato Th. (Theodorus) van Remmen.
