La stazione di Nijmegen è la principale stazione ferroviaria della città di Nijmegen nella Gelderland. Inoltre, la città ha altre quattro stazioni, ovvero Nijmegen Lent, Nijmegen Heyendaal, Nijmegen Dukenburg e Nijmegen Goffert.
La prima stazione di Nijmegen è stata inaugurata il 9 agosto 1865. Non si trovava nel luogo dell'attuale stazione, ma nel luogo dove oggi si trova il Concertgebouw de Vereeniging. Da questa posizione, a partire dal 1865, è stata mantenuta una connessione ferroviaria con la Prussiana Kleve.
