Il Mulino di Laaglandse o Mulino di Achterste è un mulino a benna costruito nel 1864 in sostituzione del mulino bruciato, costruito nel 1627, e si trova al Zeek 6 a Hellouw. È il terzo mulino in questo luogo. Il primo mulino fu distrutto da ghiaccio galleggiante nel 1572. Nel 1994 sono stati escavati e ripristinati il corso d'acqua anteriore e posteriore, e è stato realizzato un circuito di macinazione. Dopo cinquant'anni di inattività, il mulino ha potuto macinare di nuovo per la prima volta. Nella zona di questo mulino si trova il Mulino di Hooglandse o Mulino di Voorste. Il vecchio mulino olandese ha due diverse aste. L'asta interna è una potroda rivettata del 1899 con numero 1816, mentre l'asta esterna del 1983 è saldata. Sull'asta esterna sono presenti pannelli antipatico removibili. L'asta interna ha un bordo anteriore molto stretto e la recinzione è extra larga. Le vele rosse sono di Copes 64, composte da cotone e fibra sintetica trattata con un rivestimento. Il mulino è aromatizzato con un aromatizzatore.
