Loo è un villaggio olandese nella Liemers di Gelderland, vicino a Duiven e Zevenaar, a est di Arnhem. Loo appartiene al comune di Duiven e ha 1.135 abitanti. Il nome originale del villaggio era Angeroyen, chiamato così per le aree che appartenevano ad Angeren, sul lato betuweriano del Reno. Dopo un cambio di corso d'acqua nel medioevo, queste aree si trovarono sul lato della Liemers. Così, il villaggio di Angeroyen si trovò nella Liemers. Era composto da un'area di bonifica tra Westervoort e Groessen, circondata da un vecchio meandro del Reno: la Leijgraaf. Il legame con il villaggio di Angeren è evidente dal nome, Ooy è un'altra parola per indicare un'area di insediamento.
