Sint Jansklooster è un villaggio nella Kop van Overijssel, situato nella provincia olandese di Overijssel. Si trova tra Vollenhove e Meppel. Sint Jansklooster prende il nome dal convento sulla Sint Janskamp, un monastero fondato nel 1399 da Giovanni cieco di Ommen. Sint Jansklooster fu distrutto nel 1581 durante la Guerra degli Ottant’anni.
