Groeningen è un villaggio che appartiene al comune di Land van Cuijk, nella provincia olandese del Noord-Brabant. Si trova tra Vierlingsbeek e Vortum-Mullem e conta circa 130 indirizzi residenziali e 380 abitanti. Questo villaggio è stato particolarmente importante come luogo di sosta per le diligenze e altro traffico che si muoveva lungo la via commerciale da Colonia a 's-Hertogenbosch. In seguito è diventato un luogo di sosta per il traffico tra Venlo e Nijmegen. Le diligenze in entrambe le direzioni si incontravano qui. Qui venivano anche trasferiti i bagagli da un carro all'altro.
