Lent è un luogo nel comune di Nijmegen sulla riva nord del Waal. In origine era un villaggio e fino al 1818 anche un comune autonomo di fronte alla città di Nijmegen. Nell'ambito del Waalsprong, Lent è diventata parte del comune di Nijmegen. Fino al 1934 Lent aveva una stazione ferroviaria sulla tratta Nijmegen - Arnhem, che è stata utilizzata anche negli anni quaranta per un certo periodo. Questa stazione è stata riaperta nel 2002 con il nome Nijmegen Lent e rinnovata nel giugno 2013 per servire anche i nuovi quartieri di Nijmegen-Nord. Da Lent ci sono 2 km fino al centro di Nijmegen.
