Holsloot è un villaggio nel comune di Coevorden nella provincia olandese di Drenthe. Holsloot si trova lungo il canale Verlengde Hoogeveensche Vaart. L'emergere di Holsloot lungo il canale avvenne intorno al 1860 durante la bonifica delle torba. La precedente abitazione di quest'area è testimoniata dagli scavi di un campo di urne circolari.
