Holsloot er en landsby i kommunen Coevorden i den hollandske provins Drenthe. Holsloot ligger ved kanalen Verlengde Hoogeveensche Vaart. Oprettelsen af Holsloot langs kanalen fandt sted omkring 1860 under mosudnyttelsen. Tidligere beboelse af dette område fremgår af udgravningen af et kredsurnefelt.
