Holsloot es una aldea en el municipio de Coevorden en la provincia neerlandesa de Drenthe. Holsloot se encuentra junto al canal de Verlengde Hoogeveensche Vaart. La aparición de Holsloot a lo largo del canal tuvo lugar alrededor de 1860 durante la explotación de turbas. La antigua ocupación de esta zona se evidencia con la excavación de un campo de urnas circulares.
