Veulen è un comune nel comune di Venray, nella provincia olandese di Limburg. Il villaggio contava 555 abitanti il 1 gennaio 2021. Fino nel XVII secolo Veulen era chiamata Voerloe, Vaerloe o Veurlo. Il nome è stato citato per la prima volta nel 1422, quando Goert van Voerloe insieme al suo amico Sibbe Henselmans rese possibile a Venray la fondazione di un convento di Suore della Vita Comune, l'ormai monastero di Gerusalemme. Veulen è stata menzionata per la prima volta in un conto del fattore del duca di Gelre nel 1531. Un certo Hendrik Verberckt affittò in quell'anno "Voerloe e Voerloeberch". Negli atti fiscali di Venray, Veulen è menzionata per la prima volta nel 1638, precisamente come "aen 't Vaerloe". In quell'anno c'erano otto fattorie. Circa nel 1832 erano nove e nel 1910 tredici. Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale Veulen è stata la residenza di molti rifugiati tra cui ebrei e piloti di aerei inglesi abbattuti. Famoso di quel periodo è in particolare il partigiano Cor van Staveren.
