Melick è un villaggio nella regione del Limburgo, sulla riva destra del fiume Roer, a sud della città di Roermond. Melick fa parte del comune di Roerdalen e conta circa 3.645 abitanti. A Melick sono state trovate tracce di abitazioni romane. Il nome romano di Melick era Mederiacum. In un atto di donazione del 943 il villaggio è indicato come Malialicol. Attraverso Melick passava la via imperiale da Xanten a Heerlen.
