La stazione di Heino si trova a sud della località Overijsselse Heino, nel comune di Raalte. È situata lungo la linea ferroviaria Zwolle - Almelo ed è stata inaugurata il 1 gennaio 1881. Si trova a circa 10 chilometri a sud-est di Zwolle.
Dopo che è stata costruita una banchina isolata alla stazione, la vecchia banchina bassa è rimasta in posizione. Il vecchio edificio della stazione è ora completamente utilizzato come abitazione. Non lontano dalla stazione, presso il passaggio a livello, si trova il former stazione caffè.
