Hacking at Random o HAR2009 è stata una conferenza di hacker e un festival all'aperto a Vierhouten nel 2009. È stata la sesta di una serie quadriennale iniziata nel 1989 con la Galactic Hacker Party e la più recente è stata Still Hacking Anyway nel 2017. Le fonti si contraddicono sui dati di affluenza, ma un numero di 2300 sembra un'ipotesi ragionevole. Il festival era esaurito.
