La chiesa del Sacro Cuore di Gesù a Rothem è nella lista dei monumenti provinciali e nazionali. La chiesa fu costruita nel 1929 su progetto di Jos Wielders. Le vetrate della chiesa sono di Joan Colette e Gerard Mesterom. All'interno della chiesa troverete statue di Jean Weerts e Charles Vos. Anche le stazioni della via crucis e le immagini sulle confessionali sono opera di Jean Weerts. Pieke Dassen ha realizzato il grande polittico in una delle cappelle laterali.
