Il Blokker o il mulino di Blokweer è uno dei diciannove mulini di Kinderdijk. Questi mulini si trovano nella provincia olandese dell'Olanda Meridionale. A differenza degli altri diciotto, questo mulino non si trova nel territorio del villaggio di Kinderdijk, che appartiene al comune di Molenlanden, ma nel comune adiacente di Alblasserdam. Il mulino è anche noto con il nome di Blokkerse Wip, poiché si tratta di un mulino a vite.
