La Avenue Concordia è un noto viale di Rotterdam. La Avenue Concordia si trova nel quartiere Kralingen e si estende tra Oudedijk e Oostzeedijk.
La Avenue Concordia è stata inaugurata nel 1883 sul territorio dell'allora comune di Kralingen, seguita poco dopo dalla parallela Avenue Prins Alexander. I nuovi viali dovevano essere vicini dignitosi dell'antica Hoflaan, il cui nome si riferisce al Castello di Honingen che vi era situato fino al XVII secolo. La trasformazione dell'area da ville di campagna e prati a quartiere urbano fu affidata alla società edilizia Concordia NV. Nel 1864 essa aveva anche dato il suo nome al Concordiahofje nel quartiere Jordaan di Amsterdam. Questa impresa filantropica era dedicata a Concordia ("cuore"), la dea romana dell'armonia.
