La Meent è una strada commerciale nel centro di Rotterdam. La Meent va dalla Coolsingel alla Goudsesingel ed era una rottura famosa per il traffico nella Rotterdam pre-bellica.
Con meent in passato si intendeva un pascolo comune. A partire dal XV secolo si tenevano 'mercati degli animali' sulla Meent.
