La tenuta 't Nijendal, tra Diepenveen e Olst, fa parte da tempo dei possedimenti di Groot Hoenlo. A 't Nijendal si trovano diverse vecchie fattorie in affitto, come Wetermans e Holtermans.
L'Erve Sogebrink è menzionata già nel 1394.
L'attuale fattoria Zoogenbrink ha circa trecento anni e nel 1985 è stata riportata il più possibile nel suo stato originale con il terreno e il giardino. Tra il 1975 e il 1982 la tenuta passa sotto la gestione di Staatsbosbeheer.
