Le domaine 't Nijendal, entre Diepenveen et Olst, a longtemps fait partie des possessions de Groot Hoenlo. Sur 't Nijendal se trouvent plusieurs anciennes fermes de métayage, telles que Wetermans et Holtermans.
Erve Sogebrink est déjà mentionné en 1394.
La ferme actuelle Zoogenbrink a environ trois cents ans et a été restaurée en 1985 à l'état le plus proche de l'original avec le domaine et le jardin. Entre 1975 et 1982, le domaine est géré par l'Office national des forêts.
