Sluis è un comune situato a ovest della Zelanda Veneta, nella provincia olandese di Zeeland, che è stato creato dopo la fusione dei comuni di Oostburg e Sluis-Aardenburg il 1 gennaio 2003. Il comune prende il nome dalla città fortificata di Sluis, ma il municipio si trova a Oostburg. Il comune conta 24.282 abitanti (1 novembre 2007, fonte: CBS) e ha una superficie di 307,01 km² (di cui 26,74 km² di acqua). Il turismo è una importante fonte di reddito per questo comune.
