La Kolksluis di Spaarndam è la chiusa ancora funzionante più antica d'Europa, situata a Spaarndam nel comune olandese di Haarlem. A nord della Kolksluis si trova l'IJ e a sud si trova lo Spaarne.
Nel XIII secolo si arginò lo Spaarne dall'IJ con l'obiettivo di prevenire che acqua salata e un alto livello dell'acqua proveniente dall'IJ entrassero nello Spaarne e nelle terre circostanti. Nella diga furono costruite delle chiuse per regolare il livello dell'acqua, consentendo così il passaggio delle navi. Qui avvenne anche il trasferimento di navi oceaniche a navi da cabotaggio per trasportare le merci a Haarlem e oltre.
