Nel bosco di Zeist si trova l'ex casa del guardaboschi monumentale chiamata 't Zwitsershuis. Questa particolare casa in stile chalet svizzero fu costruita intorno al 1860 come abitazione per il guardaboschi in occasione della costruzione della Buitenplaats Pavia, che a sua volta è stata originata come scissione della nota Buitenplaats Beek en Royen.
