Per ora la piantagione è parte della fattoria. Oltre agli asparagi e alle fragole, ci sono ormai alcune migliaia di piante di tè nel terreno. Queste sono distribuite su tre giardini del tè. Queste sono le piante da cui si raccoglie anche. Dalle foglie raccolte produciamo poi il tè in gestione autonoma.
Nei vivai abbiamo una vera ‘nursery’ dove giovani piante di diverse varietà vengono coltivate. Un giardino di prova, per così dire: qui osserviamo quali varietà prosperano e crescono meglio nel clima olandese.
