Il parco nazionale di Mammoth Cave è un'area naturale protetta del Kentucky che racchiude al suo interno le Mammoth Cave, il più lungo sistema di grotte del mondo. A volte il sistema viene chiamato Flint-Mammoth-Toohey-Eudora-Joppa-Jim Lee Ridge Cave System, dal nome delle colline sotto cui si trova.
L'area venne dichiarata parco nazionale il 1º luglio 1941. Divenne patrimonio dell'umanità il 27 ottobre 1981, e riserva della biosfera il 26 settembre 1990. I 214 km² del parco si trovano nella contea di Edmonson, in Kentucky, con piccole zone che si estendono ad est nella contea di Hart e in quella di Barren. È centrato attorno al Green River ed al suo affluente Nolin River, che si congiunge al Green River all'interno del parco. Il Green River ha una diga sul confine occidentale del parco, ed il fiume scorre libero solo in una piccola parte della metà orientale del parco.
