Il volo Colgan Air 3407 era un volo di linea della compagnia aerea statunitense Colgan Air operato con un Bombardier Dash 8-Q400 in livrea Continental Connection. L'aereo, il 12 febbraio 2009, era decollato dall'Aeroporto Internazionale di Newark-Liberty e doveva atterrare all'Aeroporto Internazionale di Buffalo-Niagara.
L'aereo, alle 22:10 locali, si è schiantato su una casa nel nord dello stato di New York a Clarence, vicino a Buffalo, uccidendo 50 persone: 45 passeggeri, 4 membri dell'equipaggio e un abitante dell'edificio colpito dall'aereo al 6050 di Long Street.
