La contea di Nueces in inglese Nueces County è una contea dello Stato del Texas, negli Stati Uniti. La popolazione al censimento del 2010 era di 340 223 abitanti. Il capoluogo di contea è Corpus Christi. Il nome deriva dal fiume Nueces che scorre nella Contea. È stata creata nel 1846 dalla Contea di San Patricio, ed organizzata l'anno successivo.
Secondo l'Ufficio del censimento degli Stati Uniti d'America la contea ha un'area totale di 1 166 miglia quadrate , di cui 838 miglia quadrate sono terra, mentre 327 miglia quadrate sono costituiti dall'acqua. Confina con il Golfo del Messico.
