La contea di Kinney in inglese Kinney County è una contea dello Stato del Texas, negli Stati Uniti. La popolazione al censimento del 2010 era di 3 598 abitanti. Il capoluogo di contea è Brackettville. La contea è stata creata nel 1850 ed organizzata nel 1874. Il nome della contea deriva da Henry Lawrence Kinney, speculatore terriero che non ebbe successo.
Secondo l'US Census Bureau, la contea ha un'area totale di 1.365 miglia quadrate , di cui 1360 miglia quadrate sono terra, mentre 5,1 miglia quadrate sono costituiti dall'acqua. La contea è separata dal Messico dal Rio Grande.
