La Tracia fu una provincia dell'Impero romano che occupava la regione storica della Tracia, ovvero l'estremità sudorientale della Penisola balcanica che comprendeva l'odierno nordest della Grecia, il sud della Bulgaria e la Turchia europea.
Provincia nel 46 d.C. ad opera di Claudio sotto il comando un procurator Augusti di rango CC. Lo statuto della provincia fu modificato con Traiano, il quale probabilmente nel 112 d.C. sostituì il procuratore con un legato di rango pretorio.
