La basilica di Massenzio, più propriamente di Costantino, è l'ultima e la più grande basilica civile del centro monumentale di Roma, posta anticamente sul colle della Velia, che raccordava il Palatino con l'Esquilino. Non fa parte del Foro Romano propriamente detto , ma era nelle immediate adiacenze di esso.
