Het Grand Hôtel Wiesler in Graz is een hotel dat aan het begin van de 20e eeuw in Jugendstil is gebouwd. Het ligt aan de rechteroever van de Mur, Grieskai 4–8, in de directe nabijheid van bezienswaardigheden zoals Kunsthaus Graz, Grazer Murinsel, Grazer Schloßberg en het Hauptplatz. Samen met het hotel "Das Weitzer" en het Hotel Daniel Graz vormt het Grand Hôtel Wiesler een van de drie Weitzer Hotels die in Graz zijn gevestigd. Twee andere Weitzer Hotels zijn in Wenen gevestigd. Op de begane grond van het Grand Hôtel Wiesler bevindt zich het restaurant "Salon Marie", dat ook tot het bedrijf behoort. De eigenaar van het hotel is Florian Weitzer, die de hotels sinds 2003 in de vierde generatie leidt.
