Het Palais Inzaghi is een voormalig stads Palais in Graz. Het bevindt zich op de hoek van Bischofplatz en Bindergasse in het eerste stadsdeel Innere Stadt. In totaal zijn er in Graz drie paleizen die toebehoorden aan de familie Inzaghi. De andere twee staan in de Bürgergasse en op de Mehlplatz.
Oorspronkelijk stonden er op de huidige locatie van het Palais twee huizen. Tussen 1750 en 1775 verwierf de hoogste theaterdirecteur van Graz, graaf Franz Anton Inzaghi, het hoekhuis, dat sinds 1576 in het bezit was van de graven van Stubenberg. De architect Joseph Hueber was verantwoordelijk voor de verbouwingswerkzaamheden. In 1798 werd uiteindelijk het aangrenzende huis, het kleinere van de twee, door graaf Johann Nepomuk Inzaghi gekocht. Het Palais kwam in de 19e eeuw in het bezit van de familie Attems.
