De Lammer is een ongeveer 41 kilometer lange rechter zijrivier van de Salzach in de Oostenrijkse deelstaat Salzburg. De naam werd in 1124 voor het eerst schriftelijk vermeld als Lamara. Het betekent zoveel als 'rivier die door de kloof vloeit'.
