Het bisdom Innsbruck is een Oostenrijks bisdom van de kerkprovincie Salzburg. Het beslaat het westelijke en middelste deel van Noord-Tirol evenals Oost-Tirol. De grens met het aartsbisdom Salzburg wordt om historische redenen gevormd door de rivier Ziller in het Zillertal.
Het is onderverdeeld in 16 dekanaten: Axams, Breitenwang, Hall, Imst, Innsbruck, Jenbach-Fügen, Lienz, Matrei am Brenner, Matrei in Oost-Tirol, Prutz, Schwaz, Sillian, Silz, Telfs, Wilten-Land en Zams met in totaal 246 parochies.
