De bergtop van Sorgschrofen (1636 m) is geografisch een zeer merkwaardig punt. De gemeente ten noorden van dit punt, Jungholz, vormt een exclave van Oostenrijk, dat verbonden is met de rest van Oostenrijk door een enkel punt: de top van de berg Sorgschrofen (1636 m). Er zijn dus grenzen in vier richtingen van de top, een zogenaamde Vierlandenpunt. Twee Oostenrijkse (Tiroler, Reutte) en twee Duitse (Beierse, Oberallgäu) gemeenten te ontmoeten elkaar op dit punt.
