De rooms-katholieke kapel Oberfallenberg staat in de wijk Oberfallenberg van de gemeente Dornbirn in het district Dornbirn in Vorarlberg. Ze is gewijd aan de heilige Ottilie en behoort tot de parochie Oberdorf en daarmee tot het dekenaat Dornbirn in het bisdom Feldkirch. Het bouwwerk uit 1860 staat onder monumentenzorg. De kapel ligt ongeveer 2 km in een rechte lijn van het stadscentrum van Dornbirn.
