De rooms-katholieke parochiekerk van Grins staat midden op de begraafplaats aan de westelijke rand van de gemeente Grins in het district Landeck in Tirol. Ze is gewijd aan de heilige Nikolaas en behoort tot het dekenaat Zams in het bisdom Innsbruck. Het gebouw is beschermd als monument. De kerk wordt in 1439 voor het eerst schriftelijk vermeld. In 1497 wordt de wijding van een kerk vermeld. De bouw van de huidige laatbarokke kerk vond plaats van 1775 tot 1779, naar verluidt volgens plannen van Franz Singer en aannemer Weiskopf. In tegenstelling tot de eerdere opvatting, koppelt Klaus Aman in zijn 262 pagina's tellende dissertatie uit 2002 de parochiekerk van Grins echter niet aan Franz Singer.
