De Slag om de Neretva, ook wel bekend onder de codenaam Fall Weiss, was een strategisch Duits plan voor een gecombineerde offensief tussen de Asmogendheden dat begin 1943 werd gelanceerd tegen de Joegoslavische partizanen in het door Joegoslavië bezette gebied tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Het offensief vond plaats van januari tot april 1943. Het offensief dankt zijn naam aan de rivier nabij het gebied waar het offensief werd uitgevoerd, de Neretva.
De operatie staat bekend als het Vierde Anti-Partizaan Offensief, maar wordt ook wel het Vierde Vijandige Offensief of de Slag om de gewonden in de bronnen van het oude Joegoslavië genoemd.
