Čapljina is een stad en gemeente in Bosnië en Herzegovina. Het ligt in het kanton Herzegovina-Neretva in de Federatie van Bosnië en Herzegovina. Čapljina ligt aan de Kroatische grens, een kleine 20 kilometer van de Adriatische Zee.
De stad zelf had 27510 inwoners, waarvan: 41,2% Kroaten, 31,6% Bosniakken, 17,1% Serven, 9,3% Joegoslaven en 0,8% overig. De Bosniakken en Serven waren tijdens de oorlog verjaagd en nu is de grote meerderheid van de stad en gemeente Kroatisch.
