De Moka is dé bruine kroeg van de Koestraat. Op deze plaats kwam Arsène Goedertier regelmatig met zijn collega beursmakelaars die handelden in het de beurs aan de Kouter. Het toenmalige gebouw van de Beurs is nu het Handelsgebouw dat wordt gebruikt voor concerten en als café/restaurant.
