De Diaz Arena, die tot 2020 de Versluys Arena en tot 2016 het Albertparkstadion heette, is een voetbalstadion gelegen in Mariakerke, een deelgemeente van de West-Vlaamse badstad Oostende. Het is de thuisbasis van KV Oostende, dat sinds het seizoen 2013/14 opnieuw in de Jupiler Pro League aantreedt.
In 2007 onderging het stadion een gedeeltelijke renovatie, waarbij de capaciteit met ongeveer 3.000 plaatsen werd verminderd. Tribunes C en D werden omgebouwd tot zittribunes, en de staantribune werd overdekt.
